Return Policy:
All products are unconditionally guaranteed for 15 days from the date you receive your order. Call customer service toll-free at 1-888-Kidcore (543-2673) or e-mail at info@kidcore.com to get a return authorization. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error. Shipping Information:
Upon verification of order and payment information, we ship most in-stock items within two business days of being processed. These orders will arrive within 5-9 business days from the day that they ship. Your package will be delivered by the United States Post Office or FedEx Ground. Orders placed on our web site, prior to 8:00 am CST (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays, will begin being processed the same business day. Requests received after 8:00 am CST (Monday-Friday) will begin being processed the next business day.
